Privacy

MergeMate is coming soon. The waitlist is available first. The app information below explains how the upcoming product is designed to handle your data.

MergeMate is provided by Ploonu LLC, 8063 Madison Ave, PMB 576, Indianapolis, IN 46227, United States. Contact: support@mergemate.dev.

What we collect

The waitlist collects your email address, signup time, and whether you signed up through the top or bottom form. We store a protected removal-link identifier and whether the confirmation email was accepted for sending. We do not store IP addresses in the waitlist database.

The upcoming app will collect GitHub account basics and read-only repository data from repositories you or your organization administrator select. It will use AI processing with Meta models, through Meta's Model API and Cloudflare Workers AI, only after your consent. It will also handle account settings and subscription information where you choose a paid plan.

How we use it

We use your waitlist email to confirm your signup and to email you once when MergeMate opens. We do not sell your personal information. The app will use selected repository data to organize review requests and explain changes; it will not change your GitHub code or activity.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the site and stores waitlist data, and its Turnstile service protects the signup form from abuse. Resend sends confirmation and launch email. In the upcoming app, Meta Model API and Cloudflare Workers AI will process the repository content you consent to share, and Stripe will handle payments if you subscribe. These providers process information needed to deliver their services and may process it outside your country.

Retention and deletion

We retain your email while you are on the waitlist. The removal link in your confirmation email deletes your waitlist record. You can also ask support@mergemate.dev to remove it. Email delivery providers may retain their own operational records under their policies.

The app will offer account deletion that removes stored account data, ends sessions and revokes GitHub access. Active subscriptions will be cancelled before account deletion. Read how to request deletion.

Your choices

You can leave the waitlist at any time. You can ask to access, correct or delete your information by contacting support@mergemate.dev. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, portability, or to complain to your local privacy authority. The app will let you choose repositories and manage AI consent.

Age and security

MergeMate is intended for people aged 16 or older. We use access controls and encrypted connections to protect information, but no service can guarantee absolute security.

Cookies and updates

This site uses no advertising or analytics scripts. Turnstile processes technical browser information to check for abuse. We may update this notice as the product launches and will post the current version here.
