MergeMate is provided by Ploonu LLC, 8063 Madison Ave, PMB 576, Indianapolis, IN 46227, United States. Contact: support@mergemate.dev.

The waitlist is open; the product is coming soon. These terms describe the waitlist and the planned product. Updated terms will be available before product launch.

Using MergeMate

You must be at least 16 years old and use MergeMate only where you have permission to access the relevant repositories. Signing up asks us to send a confirmation and one launch email; it does not guarantee access or a launch date. You can leave at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the signup form, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or submit someone else's email without their permission. When using the app, respect others' rights and your organization's policies. MergeMate is designed for read-only access to GitHub.

Review remains your responsibility

AI explanations and risk assessments can be incomplete or incorrect. Check the original pull request and use your own judgment before taking action in GitHub. MergeMate does not merge, approve or comment on your behalf.

Availability and warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. We may change or discontinue features. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ploonu LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss resulting from use of the service. Any limitation applies only where legally enforceable and does not limit liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

Privacy and leaving

Our Privacy Policy describes data handling. Leave the waitlist using your confirmation email or contact support@mergemate.dev. The app will provide account deletion; see the deletion page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. These terms do not limit any mandatory rights under the laws that apply to you.
